Thursday.

Herro! I was pretty good today, I think. I had...


For breakfast: A serving size of Special K Red Berry. ~150 carrories + like 50 from milk.
No lunch. But I had 3 little 100 carrorie snack bars throughout the day.
I had 8 ounces of some mango juice ~80 carrories. Then for dinner, I had a serving of spaghetti. and sauce. I'm gonna go way over and say that's like 400 calories. but i doubt it.

Then I took a 2 hour nap! So happy. Woke up and nibbled at like 3 forkfuls of cold spaghetti, and had an apple. So like another 200 carrories tops.

I'm gonna say I had somewhere between 1000 and 1200 carrories today, plus I had gym. and might exercise later. so.

January 13th

OKAY SO.

Today I woke up at 5:50 because I didn't feel like cooking today, which is coo. But today was probably the slowest goddamn day EVER. Felt like I was in school for a year.

Anyway. TODAY:

I had 2 hardboiled eggs, one for breakfast, and one for lunch. I had a third of a cheese bagel with lunch, too. Then...hm. I came home and had some mo' of that meatless chili. and a salad with sharp cheddar cheese in it. and a handful of green olives. and a half of a can of pepsi throwback. not that bad, right? i hope not. not going to estimate calories with all the little bits and pieces of food.

January 12th, 2010:


Woke up at 5:40. I made two "fried eggs" (I put them in a pan with like a tablespoon of butter and just cook both sides. Like an omelet without filling. I had a delicious Granny Smith apple for lunch. So I did pretty well...until I got home. Had a slice of pepperoni, sausage & mushroom pizza with a pessi throwback. Probably going to eat a bowl or two of chili later, but that's not awful for me, right? Probably had like, 1600 calories today.

First Day.

Since I need to lose my winter pounds, I'm going to start keeping track of the shit I eat during the day to guilt myself into eating less, yo. I'm going to start eating better and maybe exercising on January 12th, 2010. I'll keep track of my exercising too. maybe.
