Thursday.

Herro! I was pretty good today, I think. I had...


For breakfast: A serving size of Special K Red Berry. ~150 carrories + like 50 from milk.
No lunch. But I had 3 little 100 carrorie snack bars throughout the day.
I had 8 ounces of some mango juice ~80 carrories. Then for dinner, I had a serving of spaghetti. and sauce. I'm gonna go way over and say that's like 400 calories. but i doubt it.

Then I took a 2 hour nap! So happy. Woke up and nibbled at like 3 forkfuls of cold spaghetti, and had an apple. So like another 200 carrories tops.

I'm gonna say I had somewhere between 1000 and 1200 carrories today, plus I had gym. and might exercise later. so.
